Fly Me to the Moon-space travel for you and Me

I said the Moon? In reality, space travel to the moon are a bit premature, but if your outdoor space that you want, then you might consider Virgin Galactic where for only $ 200,000, you can book a flight in outer space.

Virgin Galactic uses highly advanced construction in carbon fiber and hybrid engine technology to produce a vehicle lightweight but extremely strong mother, which carries a smaller vehicle that will actually in outer space. The parent vehicle, called Virgin Mothership Eve, brings the smallest vehicle with passengers paying (that is) up to 50,000 meters above the ground. This avoids problems with the Space Shuttle rocket off the ground in what is really a bomb, heavily loaded with fuel and the necessary additional reinforcement securely transporting it and its occupants.

At 50,000 feet, the smaller vehicle, called SpaceShipTwo is released and the hybrid rocket engine, a combination of solid and liquid propellant is ignited and takes six passengers and two pilots higher, at the foot of 316.000. Passengers are able to experience zero gravity free floating if he likes, and every seat has a panoramic view of Earth and space. Small rocket thrusters allow riders to change the direction and the view, that the passenger/astronauts are able to see.

The ship returns to Earth by raising and lowering the tail structure in what is described as a feathered reentry. Inspired by the simple, this creates more drag and allows the ship to re-enter the Earth's atmosphere without the intervention of sophisticated computer and because of the lightweight construction of the vehicle, creates so little heat that special heat-resistant tiles and other materials are not necessary. Once back at about 70,000 feet, the wings are lowered into a more conventional position and the aircraft then simple aerodynamic slips to a landing.

This project of tourism of the whole space aims to be as environmentally benign as possible. The use of carbon composite construction with high strength, low weight, reports requires much less energy throughout the entire manufacturing process and in the actual implementation of the flight. Because the rocket is not turned up high up in the atmosphere, it avoided the use of missile based pollutants. The hybrid engine also uses a non-toxic fuel, benigno, who is actively involved for only a relatively short amount of time. Lastly, descent and landing does not require any power, and except for the fuel, everything is fully reusable.

93 percent of clients and founder 81 made by training centrifuge needed to prepare them for the G-forces experienced during the portions of rocket travel and re-entry. So gear-a deposit of $ 20,000 is required and went off into the unknown!

An ancient Meteorite From Space is mortal and is used in modern times to wreak Havoc

We all watched such films as the Andromeda strain, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and read books written by people like Tom Clancy and considered the potential of some of these things, becoming much more real than we ever imagined. In fact, not long ago they found the amino acids in a powdered Comet, Comet whizzing from Earth into space. Amino acids are what you need for life and everything you needed was energy along with that and would have some form of life.

This means that there are bacteria, viruses, or some other form of life is traveling through deep space on a Comet, just waiting to land or crash on some planet we sow life? Could be very well, and many scientists believe that this is how life came to Earth from outer space. These latest findings seem to indicate that this is a strong possibility. But what came from space?

If these thoughts and others as their intrigue you and you want to read a good spy thriller novel, then what happens if I told you that there was only one book with all these kinds of things in it? I would recommend the book;

"Sacred stone", a novel of the Oregon files series by Clive Cussler and Craig Dirgo. Berkeley Books, New York, NY; 2004; ISBN: 0-425-19848-0. (406 pp).

Consider if you want a virus that consumes oxygen at an alarming rate, most consider a radioactive meteorite and mix with Crazy radical Islamic terrorists, who want to use a large gathering of a concert by Elton John for new year in Saudi Arabia, as one of their stitches evocative, together with the annual Muslim pilgrimage. The secure the holy stone, is a book that weaves together all these things and more in a great novel. One of suspense, intrigue and one reel and keep you on the edge of your seat. I hope that you will consider please this.

A brief history of innovation Space Shuttle

Reaching into space was thought of as something impossible about a hundred years ago. However, thanks to the innovation of the Space Shuttle, countries around the world are sending teams of professionals and experts of outer space to conduct research. The information gathered could be extremely useful to humans in the future.

Football innovation Space Shuttle began as early as 1930. Eugen Sanger proposed a vehicle, or something more of a recyclable or capable rocket plane containing a crew of people. With this, the United States began to write proposals for transport, minute outdoor space that can be reused. Some proposals which needed to be the pioneer of this kind went as far as reaching the test phases. Yet, in 1970, restrictions in financial departments and planning has resulted in a much smaller project that is more efficient.

The first Shuttle across the innovation Space Shuttle to set foot in outer space was never "Columbia". Something worthy of being noted, "Columbia" shines as the first in the use of solid fuel rockets. Succeeded in performing all its missions, including the overall shuttle system, launch and orbit evenly also make a safe landing in his attempt to return to Earth.

"Challenger", another Member in the list of NASA's reusable, winged spacecraft boasted nine successful missions. However, not everything is smooth and easy along the path of this innovation. Seven crew members were wept for valiant after a fatal explosion of the Challenger in January 28, 1986.

Although precious lives had been lost in the process of improving the space transport technology, efforts were not wasted. Other planets are evaluated and the man are increasingly aware of the events in the vast universe.

Ares is the future of space travel?

Space travel are a difficult topic, even if the technology on Earth is developing at tremendous speed, that the same cannot be said truly to space travel. If we cast our minds back over five decades ago will remember that the mission to the Moon captured every imagination of the people. But really not much has been done since then.

NASA has for the last few years developing a shuttle called Ares for the new constellation program. The basic purpose of the program is to gain much more experience actually in humans and spend time by Earth crafts and developing technologies to go into outer space.

Similar to the Apollo spacecraft will fly in an Earth orbit, NASA has worked to collect the current shuttle fleet and start to fly the Ares program by 2015. It is said that a mission to Mars will not be until after 2030, but before that astronauts would rather visit a nearby asteroid.

Personally I think this is moving very slowly, at the time that NASA attempts to visit Mars more than 100 years would have passed since visiting the moon. I mean space exploration holds the key to life and the key to curing diseases. By exploring space we get much more intelligent.

But the program Ares and constellation will be the future of any type of journey into space? Well might well be, I mean, millions of dollars are invested in it and we all know that the Apollo program had had its day. They need to make a shuttle which is much faster. Mars is the next step, but what after Mars? Where do we go from there? It's very hard to contemplate, but with the current shuttle there is no way that they would be able to go beyond the distance of Mars.

As well as safety, most of the effort must be pushed to actually do it faster, the shuttles for space exploration, something needs to be created to travel near the speed of light. In this case, then we are not just limited to just explore our Galaxy, but can explore them all. I mean on the ground is only going to last a number of years, before the change of atmosphere, so humans need to find another way to survive. Whatever develops I am sure that certainly will be something of great public interest.

Blast off with an outer space-themed Party

Outer space has long been an area of intrigue and mystery. Since Galileo developed the modern telescope over 400 years ago, people have waited to learn more about the cosmos, and despite the fact that humanity was able to explore the vast reaches of our solar system, nearly all the universe remains unknown. Many children are fascinated by watching the night sky, and learn about the various points of light that populate it. Why not encourage this curiosity by throwing the curious son or daughter a birthday party themed outer space? Is sure to be out of this world!

Of course, you may wish to send invitations, terrifying. The ideal choice for your ads would be to include images of an astronaut floating through space, coupled with the space shuttle. You could also structure the invites as a request to your guests to join you on a mission to Mars or some other distant planet.

The solar system has provided astronomers with some of the most beautiful images than ever before, so you should try to replicate the same atmosphere awe-inspiring when planning decorations. For starters, consider hanging replicas of each planet from the ceiling. If your guests are passionate about Saturn's magnificent rings or prefer the beautiful shade of blue of Neptune, they appreciate seeing their favorite planet hung in front of them. Since the universe is full of images you can see anywhere else, then you must place a fiber optic light up centerpiece on the table in an attempt to recreate this breathtaking images. Dimming lights and watch the dance mix of colours in the darkness will be a pleasure for the eyes. Space exploration has also been continually represented through and so shows, why not pay homage to one of the most famous small screen dramas-Star Trek-with a life size stand of Captain Kirk?

Filling your home with fantastic décor is just the beginning, as you will also need marvelous supplies to ensure that your shindig is a success. A great idea would be to incorporate some black colors to complete the image of planets hanging from the ceiling. To begin, drape a black plastic cover on your base. Also, feel free to make use of color when it comes to cups, plates and napkins as well. The inclusion of dark tones will have your guests, thinking they are on board a ship back to a strange world, distant. Given that there will be some dark elements in your bash intergalactic, a nice finishing touch would be to provide party goers and glow bracelets glow sticks.

Although the great unknown that is outer space will never fully explored, the wonder of simply imagine what might be out there is sometimes all that necessary. Throwing a birthday spectacular evening special space will provide someone with an experience that will surely remember for years to come and will be able to look back with fondness.

Learn more about outer space through a 3D Software

You've probably heard of outer space and have learned about it in our initial phase of learning. We all know that there are other things to look beyond the surface of the Earth. If you want to discover more about outer space, as well as books, which will be your other option then? Have you tried to seek what the new technology can offer?

If you are not aware, even an individual as you can get access to scenes that can be seen from our Galaxy and beyond. One will be able to get access to these celestial bodies found not only in our solar system, but any other foreign bodies that may be identified as something that came from space. You probably have depicted space as a dark space with almost nothing to see, but the truth is that there are a lot of sightings to discover that our eye could not see by just looking over the celestial sky.

This time around is possible for you to gain access to software that is up close and personal to what happens in outer space and the universe. Imagine being able to get a look more closely at hundreds of thousands of stars as well as simply a hundred destinations of several solar systems in the universe. You can't do it alone having to go to space and travel through our whole life, but always in possession of a similar technology, you'll be able to learn more about outer space and find other places to go beyond the Earth's atmosphere.

Since this is a bit you can call it as the software of an astronomer, you'll find it easy to use, provided you have a computer to run it. Of course you must meet the system requirements for software that requires the run, but after qualifying for all these, then you will be able to enjoy sightings you've never seen before and learn more from what you see.

This simply means that you don't have to be an astronaut to travel in space. With the right to travel software can now be an astronomer yourself and be able to move through outer space without spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to do so. Everything will be all on the tip of your hands by planets, stars, asteroids and even other galaxies in space.

This is a safe technology. Unlike other simulators available space out there, the best software is based on data that were collected by the European Space Agency where people are able to integrate true to life images that came from NASA space exploration and mapped in a three dimensional version. From here you can definitely get access to accurate information and data on outer space. That's why it's worth it to find the right software can give you that perfect Galactic travel experience.

Rest assured, I tested out almost every astronomy package on the market today, and I found one that I can recommend personally. Stop wasting your time and money in disappointing flight simulators.

Long-term Space Exploration; Limitations of physical and mental health

Long-term space flight will take its toll on astronauts entropy, bone loss, radiation and a feeling of loneliness. We send people in long-term space flights, which could take years if not decades that we should consider changing our concepts of space craft.

There are a number of things we can do. I propose that the water we need for these space missions be stored along the outer shell of astronauts so will protect them from radiation. I also propose that the astronaut's quarters with a spin rate to provide the centripetal force simulating gravity. I also propose that the resonance of all equipment leaving land near 7.89 Hz frequency to help keep the immune system in sync with what the human body is used.

One thing we can do allow astronauts to receive emails, although they will be hours or days late, can read and reply to students with questions and terrestrial. In addition, we will need artificial Intelligent robot companions, with down loadable information for study, entertainment and someone to shoot the breeze. The robot companion will be much better than the current available artificial Intelligent robot. Consider these few changes and I'm ready to go.

Space exploration

Exploration of space is defined as the use of astronomy and space technology to explore outer space. Space exploration took of human space flight and robotic space craft.

Observations of objects in space, which is known as astronomy, is one of the oldest known scientific studies, prior history documented accountable. Rocket boosters developed at the beginning of the 20th century has allowed space exploration to expand and become a reality. Space exploration often creates political competition, pushing the country to respond faster in an attempt to get the exploration first, as the "space race" between the Soviet Union and the United States.

Space exploration has moved from singular flights to reusable hardware that allows greater exploration. Private interest began in the exploration of space, creating the desire more competition and greater government missions.

The first launch orbito was made in 1957. Soviet unmanned Sputnik launch named, it orbits the Earth at about 150 miles. After success the United States, the Soviet launched unsuccessful Vangaurd 1 two months later. In 1958 the Unites States successfully launched and orbited Explorer 1.

In 1961 the first human space flight took place on the Vostok 1, bringing a man of 27 years. Space flight completed an orbit around the globe in about two hours. This triumph urged the world to continue the exploration of space. The United States has followed the footsteps of the Soviet Union within six months. The flight of mercury orbited the Earth six times on February 20, 1962. In 1963, the first woman orbiting the Earth 48 times aboard Vostok 6.

One of the main objectives of space exploration is Astrobiology, which is the focus of the study of life in the universe. Astrobiology is focused mainly on the origin and evolution of life. And is often referred to as astrobiology. Astrobiologists consider life that is completely different from any other life discovered in the past.

Space law experts-Moon property international law legal property

Individuals are legally allowed to own Moon property in international law, say the two legal scholars familiar with the details of the law of outer space, and the establishment of Lunar property rights requires financial resources for the eventual settlement of the moon.

According to the authors Dave Wasser and Douglas Jobes Space settlement Institute, Outer Space Treaty of 1967 forbid countries from land claims made by private organizations that collect funds to pay for future lunar exploration and settlement initiatives.

"Nations might recognize land property claims made by private space settlements without being guilty of national appropriation or any other infringement of the Treaty," write Wasser and Jobes. Their report appears in a recent issue of SMU Journal of Air Law and Commerce, published by Southern Methodist University.

An organization doing what they suggest Wasser and Jobes is Lunar International. System of the company selling Lunar land credits to finance the lunar exploration allows regular citizens buried owned their own Moon. Should the Group succeed in his efforts, who bought the claims of Earth through Lunar International would enjoy full rights of ownership of their slice of real estate on the moon.

"The sale of private property rights is the only realistic means through which humanity to explore and solve the Moon," says Jackson James Moon, President and chief officer of Lunar International. "It is not reasonable to suggest that Governments will never be able to overcome the constant political pressure to allocate the necessary funds to these projects."

According to Wasser and Jobes, systems such as that developed by the International Lunar could spark massive private investment that would lead to the creation of permanent settlements. James agrees, noting that the purchase of the property of the Moon through Lunar International have almost tripled during the first quarter 2009 compared to the same period of 2008. The company offers proprietary claims to land on the Moon in different geographic regions, including the famous mare tranquillitatis where man first stepped foot on the Moon, starting at less than $ 20 an acre.

The system established by the International Lunar is not unlike those used to colonize the United States some centuries ago, said James.

"People are buying credits Lunar Earth pioneers today," said James. "They dream of a better future for themselves and their children, and understands the importance of developing settlements into space to protect ourselves against disasters buried as nuclear war and radical climate change".

Space News in cyberspace

The subject of space-interplanetary space; outer space; satellites, space vehicles; space missions, is big Business! Space and related topics, is therefore one of the biggest news after perhaps general policy and the global economy, but no more this is true only for newspapers and television stations. Space news is just as pervasive on the Internet or in cyberspace, if not more. Internet and the news industry were made for each other, little wonder then that is news websites account for about 60-65% of all Internet traffic and space related news sites account for about 30% of this, according to various estimates.

With technological achievement one after the other to be violated and broken; especially in computer science and telecommunications, space activities in General has proliferated in recent years and with it the news business. The most obvious sources of space related news on the Internet, the websites of national/regional administrative organs, as NASA; CNES; ESA; ISRO; JAXA; CNSA; BIS; DLR; and ASRI.

However, the news on these sites are sometimes and understandably so, biased towards their own particular sphere of activity; not always, but in General. Consequently, hundreds of newspendant inde space linked sites have sprung up in recent years, in an effort to provide more uniform coverage of space-related activities and events, such as daily space; Space.com; Sky & Telescope; Aon space, that is to do with finance; SatNews.com, and others. These are really professional and well thought out site with easy to follow diagrams and page layout of interesting articles and information that will appeal to most readers. The enthusiast of space is truly spoilt for choice.

Space Toys-finding a realistic choice for your children

You've probably heard your child tells you that one day that he or she wants to be an astronaut. For you this can't be serious, but for your children your support for this dream means a lot to them. Knowing that space exploration is affecting your children, you are probably looking for the best space toys can give them educational tools or likely. Here are some options that you can examine.

Astronaut toy figures

One of the best choices of toys that children love are action figures. If you have watched the series Toy Story with your child, you will probably get one know the main characters of the story that is characterized as a space Ranger, better known as Lighgtyear Buzz. Or, if your child is a little older, he or she would appreciate figures, male and female astronaut standard, which you can also purchase any toy store in your area.

NASA inspired toys

Most of the toys that are space oriented nowadays are replicas of the spacecraft, as well as other spacecraft that came from old spacecraft designed by NASA. Since NASA is known for its outdoor space of programmes and projects, you can definitely get a load of these toys inspired by NASA themselves. This would allow the child to have an idea of what NASA is all about as well as what their projects on outer space are all about.

Other toys in space

You can find various toys space reminiscent of the solar system, planets, galaxies or objects possibly even extra-terrestrials and even flying saucers that didn't have proven to actually be seen until today. Flying saucers can be remotely controlled, while other toys are made for display and educational purposes.

More realistic toys

Of course, when it comes to toys, these are things that your baby can enjoy and play where most of them will overcome your child. However, if you're looking for a more realistic approach in space exploration, as well as an educational tool where your child can learn more about imagine things, you can opt to have access to a software space exploration 3D for you and for the enjoyment of your child.

You can get access to these software packages on-line where the child does not only have access to information but 3D almost everything are nonexistent in outer space. This is definitely one of those toys of space that you and your child may enjoy exploring together.

Rest assured, I tested out almost every astronomy package on the market today, and I found one that I can recommend personally.

Stop wasting your time and money in disappointing flight simulators.

Space, time and spirit

The space is infinite, and is quite a scary fact that, over time, do not look or sound so bad. The opening of vast black has no fixed size or shape or limitation. There is no beginning and no end to it. The universe has limitations. Spreads in all this vastness of emptiness, as a single drop of water, spreading across the vast open land. But there is a limitation on the ground that we can see; but it is too big for one drop of water.

We need to perceive the vastness of space that didn't really no limitation. It can also be measured. The universe can be measured through various methods. Has a limit to its diffusion in the background of the vacuum of space unlimited.

Time can be anything at all but in the end, time is nothing but an advanced tool for measurement. Time is not an object or has mass, or energy. It is a means of measuring the distance between two points. We have centimeters, inches, kilometers or miles to measure distances in outer space, but is through astronomical units (AU) and light years.

On earth can bring us two minutes to travel on a straight road two kilometres of empty. In the city and under the block of traffic, it would take two hours to cover the same distance. Therefore, the time is taken into account, rather than the actual measurement. Similarly, if we have a spaceship traveling at the speed of light, can take a thousand years to reach a star that is at the distance of a thousand light years away. However, should we have a spacecraft faster we can reach that star in about a thousand seconds. What matters ultimately is the time involved in going from point to point ' b '.

The spirit is actually pure energy and therefore able to travel or see and know things beyond mathematics, physics or any named limited knowledge. It takes a single moment in time and space to understand and accept what is non-existent and what is not. Can take into the fabric of time and all the vast space in a single drop of the moment. Scientists call this the mind and call it the spirit, the soul or the pure '' you or I.

Eventually, things will keep coming and going in the universe and space. What matters then is when we can stop the process of our spirit by melting and losing in this wider process of the universe and space? You can, when that goal is close or achieved no matter what the answer is and how and where or what? It doesn't matter at all, literally or figuratively. Moksh or ultimate is Nirvan or Salvation or whatever you may call. Right ends at that time, never not to repeat the spiritual scientific process or ever again.

The game of Golf came from space?

I live by the golf course and almost every night there are UFOs to links.

The exact origin of the game of golf remains a topic of ongoing debate. Although Scotland is generally considered as the birthplace of the game, as it is played today. This statement is due largely to a series of specific historical references dating from the mid 15th century.

The most commonly cited of these references is a written record that a game called both geoff, gowf or gawd, this is a hard game was played during the reign of James II of Scotland. In 1457 King James proclaimed by Royal Decree that the reproduction of "fluteball:" gowf "and was prohibited so that the men of Scotland could concentrate on their practice of archery.

So the pursuit of outlaw golf remained until the signing of the Treaty of Glasgow, in the year of 1501 m which brought peace between the warring parties. At this point too James IV of Scotland took the game of golf to himself. Ensued a long relationship between golf and royalty-although both commoners and gentry alike frowned upon Mary Queen of Scots, in 1567, when he was found to be only playing golf days after the death of her husband Darney.

In an alternative theory of early golf, a Dutch historian, Steven von Hengel, claimed that golf was born in Holland around 1297. A form of the game called spel metten kove and also called Maid. Maid service, it is believed, was played primarily on the ice. However golf may have grown out of this game and another game that was popular in the Netherlands, called Jeu De Mail. This letter carrying the game is played as wood with soft spikes.

Without that important golf demand growth has occurred in Britain, mainly in Scotland. Golf has become part of culture accepted since 1604, when William Mayne was appointed Royal Clubmaker, although the game was still reserved for the elite who had wealth and free time to enjoy. Early golf has been played with a ball feathery golf-ball stitched leather stuffed with boiled goose feathers. A ball of feathers costs three times as much as a club and why feathered balls were so delicate, players were required to carry three-six balls In addition that the balls barely flew in wet weather, a fact that dissuaded even further the working class which, unlike the small nobility does not possess the flexibility of time and leisure for scheduled games of golf.

The ball, as it has done throughout history, other issues related to the development of the game. Since the ball feathered so inadequately performed when wet, the beginning of golf has been played mainly relatively arid eastern side of Scotland. Furthermore the location along the eastern shore was popular because the underlying drained sandy soil more quickly than the and the grass was of course shorter. It should be noted that the invention of lawn mower is a relatively current event. Along the way, this grassy sea Golf short position came to be defined as links too.

If the debate over whether the Scottish or Dutch created the game of golf, the Scots were certainly a hand in creating the golf club. Leith is considered the cradle of golf and the golf club called the Honorable Society of Gentleman golfers was founded by William St Clair in Leith in 1744 and later became the company of Edinburgh golfers. Ten years later, the Royal and ancient Golf company comes under it's original name, St Andrews players. The Royal and ancient Golf Club runs the British Open and British Amateur who assumed duties in 1919, and from 1951 he administered the rules of golf in collaboration with the United States Golf Association. The r & a has also established 18 hole golf course as the standard. In 1764, the old course at St. Andrews consisted of 22 holes with golfers playing 11 holes out and return 11. At the end of the last 4 holes on each side, all short converted into 2 holes leaving 18 to be played.

So is the history and origins of our modern game of golf that we treasure today.

Think space and Bill Gates

Space adventures, which hosted orbital space flights for "space tourists" from 2001, is the only firm to date that space travel brokers for amateur astronauts, including Charles Simonyi and four others who have signed up for the space. As indicated in a previous article, Simonyi paid about 20 million to 25 million dollars for a 13-day trip to the international space station, with the adventures of space and of Russia's Federal Space Agency teaming up to make the trip.

The Russian news agency Interfax reported that Commander Fyodor Yurchikhin, expedition and Charles Simonyi discussed the possibility that billionaire Bill Gates is considering taking its own space travel. Stacy Tearne, space adventures spokesman, said that Gates had not yet contacted the company about the possibility of a orbital space flight, but the company has already the next adventure in mind, and an announcement on the next customer might be coming soon.

Internationally-renowned physicist Stephen Hawking, renowned for his pioneering theories on the origin of the universe, black holes and has also set a goal to take a trip to the edge of space rocket, possibly on a craft developed by Virgin Galactic, due to be in service by 2009. A zero-gravity flight in April 2007, led by Zero Gravity, in which Hawking has experienced the feeling of lightness, felt by astronauts in orbit was a test run for a possible later flight to space. Zero gravity travel Hawking has been slightly modified to allow his fragile condition, with brief periods of light, a withdrawing a little easier by the aircraft's descent. Four doctors and two nurses for all vital signs monitored the flight, and rescue equipment was on board. The zero gravity flight was a success, with Hawking negotiating to make the rounds of eight instead of the six planned and performing gymnastics turns in the air.

Hawking has expressed the hope that his spaceflight promote commercial space travel, which he believes to be a next step needed in the future of humanity. He has often expressed the opinion that "life on Earth is at an increasing risk of being wiped out by a disaster such as sudden global warming, nuclear war, a genetically modified virus or other threat". Only by involving private enterprise to make commercial space travel possible a portion of the human race is definitely off the planet to ensure the survival of the human species in case of a global disaster on Earth. Space tourist Charles Simonyi, as Stephen Hawking and, possibly, Bill Gates, are helping to make this dream a reality.

Science entry and descent and the surface of 2016 Mars mission

The European Space Agency and the u.s. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) scientific investigations chosen for 2016 exomars Lander demonstrator. Will investigate the atmosphere during descent, the first ever return of electric fields on Mars.

Introduction of Executive direction and management and descent and landing module "demonstrator" part of the European space agency mission and NASA exomars trace gas Orbiter to be launched in 2016 joint for arrival Martian after nine months.

Although its main objective to enter Europe, descent and landing technologies for future visits to Mars, it will also introduce some limited, but useful, and scientific opportunities.

Says "will land management during dust storms" Jorge "insiders" exomars project scientist. "This will provide a unique opportunity to distinguish dust-laden atmosphere during entry, descent, and an interesting surface measurements associated with dust-rich environment."

Descent stage, specify two proposed called entry, descent and landing (electricity) of science and ideas (investigations during entry and atmospheric sciences) and incorporated in the programme on Science one descent.

A joint team will use the module entry and descent and landing data engineering to reconstruct the track and weather conditions.

Once on the surface, dreams (dust characterization and risk assessment and analysis of the environment on Mars) scientific payload and will serve as a Centre for two to four days for surface mission.

To this end, teams of scientists and engineers from nine countries of the world Pavilion dedicated to sensors for measuring pressure, wind speed and direction (mitoind) and humidity (mithomi), (mitbaro), and surface temperature (marstim), and select transparency atmosphere (ODS).

It will make dreams first electric field measurements on the surface of the planet mikrwaris detector. Electric fields could be generated when grains rubbing against each other in an atmosphere rich in dust and even landing during sandstorms season increases the chance that they can study this shipping and its consequences.

Plus loads of surface color camera system, will deliver on the value of additional scientific data, as well as stunning photos. So far no design was chosen for the camera, but is expected to decide before the end of this year.

Dr. insiders say "complete technological goals, choose these investigations of science". "This has been an important step for our team to further develop this important element.

Solar panels of the NASA Juno spacecraft completed test

Three huge solar panels provide power NASA spacecraft during its mission, Guehenno to Jupiter during this last light photons even spread in space after launch. Another plates destined Jupiter complete pre-flight test in a load astrotich facility in titusville, Florida, for processing and collapse against the spacecraft in its launch Thursday 26 May. Juno spacecraft solar will orbit Jupiter's poles 30 times to find more information about the gas giant origins, structure and atmosphere and magnetosphere.

"Complete testing and possibility of solar panels always pre-launch milestone, with Juno, can be really great because we have really large plates," said Jean chodas, project manager at Juno, "" Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, NASA "next time to include these three huge solar arrays along entire Juno will be climbing away from the Earth, about seven miles per second."

This is the first time in the history of the spacecraft could use solar energy so far out in space (Jupiter five times farther from the Sun than Earth). The sunlight away requires solar panels on partition size model you see cargo trailer on Interstate Highway. Even with everything said by the three panels, each 2.7 meters (9 feet) long, from 8.9 m (29), only generate around enough juice to power five standard lamps-about 450 Watts of electricity. If the array in optimal working the land, and will produce 12 to 14 kilowatts of energy.

In other recent events, 106-foot-long (23-meter) wide 12.5 feet (3.8 m) first stage of the launch vehicle "Atlas v United Launch Alliance, which will carry the Juno into space" slippery "arrived in Cape Canaveral Air Force station on 24 may on board a ship the second largest in the world-Volga Dnepr Antonov AN-124-100. The Atlas will be the fifth compilation, two-phase alongside the five solid rocket boosters that ring in the first phase, testing the site launch complex 41 at Cape Canaveral this summer.

Start period to open a Juno on 5 August 2011, and runs until August 26. For launch on 5 August, launch window opens at 8: 39 am PDT (11: 39 am EDT) and remains open through 9: 39 am PDT (12: 39 pm EST).
